Very often this is due to some difficult life situations with which a person was forced to cope alone. And after that he had no opportunity to share what he experienced. And exhale, relax.
Such stress can be stored in the body for years. And the longer it is stored, the more a person accumulates fatigue, because the body has to spend forces to keep this tension. And due to the fact that something is constantly restrained, the muscles get tired (because of their constant work they accumulate a lot of lactic acid) and start to hurt.
In the rosen-method session, it is possible to feel your body anew, safe and with the support of another person, without condemnation and criticism. And meeting with complex feelings here and now, with the acceptance of another person, gradually release your body from past experiences. And if the body does not need to hold something more, the pain goes away itself.

Indications and contraindications
Rosen-method is suitable for healthy adults (from 25 years) with a normal psyche.
Method not shown: - children - people in acute condition (physical or mental). - People who have had serious health problems (especially cardiovascular diseases, cancer, psychosis) should consult a doctor.
Conditions of the session
A rosen-method session is held in a room where no one will disturb, on a massage table. The most comfortable conditions are created for a person to be warm, comfortable, secure.
Duration and frequency of sessions Rosen sessions usually last 45-50 minutes and are held once a week or once every two weeks. The number and frequency of sessions depend on the goals of the client.
