YOGA STUDIO "MATERIAL" is a modern space in the center of Moscow, ideally meeting high standards.
Here the most subtle moments are taken into account and all the details are thought out for the convenience of those involved. The studio has created a special atmosphere in which guests can comfortably spend time, get away from everyday worries and feel constructive, collected and happy.

The studio is located in a large bright space of 300 m2 on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the city. For group lessons, there are two spacious halls of 75 m2 and 40 m2, and there is also a separate room for individual classes. One of the halls is equipped with everything necessary for practicing Iyengar Yoga. Since spring 2020, studio classes have also been held online at various venues.
The studio hosts classes in various directions of yoga: Jivamukti yoga; hatha yoga; power hatha yoga; ashtanga yoga; yoga therapy; Iyengar yoga; "Healthy back"; yoga for pregnant women; yoga for children; vinyasa yoga; Restorative Yoga; meditation; breathing yoga; lectures on parsing logical texts and classes on working with voice and speech Voice Way.
The duration of the classes varies from 30 to 120 minutes. Classes correspond to several levels of difficulty: beginner, basic, advanced, therapeutic and “for all”.
