Cafe "Botanica" - a green living room with vegetarian cuisine. It is located a few minutes walk from the Summer Garden, in the very center of tourist St. Petersburg. The menu offers to evaluate the latest trends in global vegetarian cuisine, and the cozy interior changes the typical view of restaurants in Russia. A special atmosphere of elegant rest awaits you in the Botanica: refined furniture made by St. Petersburg masters, smoke-free air and calm music. For the little guests, a charming children's corner with toys and cartoons has been created. The interior was created by Architectural Workshop No. 2 (AM2) under the direction of A. Haas, the author of the Decade, Tunnel, Giusto, Zhiguli and other projects. The windows offer a picturesque view of the Church of St. Panteleimon, the famous Academy of Arts of Baron von Stieglitz and Salt Alley, with lanterns stretching into the distance, illuminating the facades of the XIX century. In the menu you will find the classics of world vegetarian traditions, a combination of ancient recipes and modern technologies. Try the traditional Spanish dish Tapenade (green and black olives pate with dried tomatoes) or soul-warming pumpkin soup with ginger, and for dessert - unusual banana and coconut chip cookies or the most delicate Mango Pannacotta.
