"Golden Reserve" is a unique educational project for young people, which allows for one academic year to gain managerial knowledge and skills for practical application in various areas of business or social activities.
For the year, the project participants who have passed the three-stage selection, take a course of 25 main topics, carry out practical tasks, create their own projects. There are no teachers in the club in the classical sense. Successful businessmen, politicians, scientists, public figures who share practical recipes and secrets in various fields of activity united by the concept of management (for example: personnel management, strategic planning, marketing, negotiation, budgeting, etc.) act as trainers. .
In 2013 and 2014, the team of trainers of the RKU "Golden Reserve" won the competition to organize an educational program at the Seliger All-Russian Youth Forum, following the results of which the trainers were highly appreciated by the organizers and participants of the forum. In 2014, the management training methodology of the Russian Management Club Golden Reserve was recognized as the best. "Your inner purpose is to awaken. That's all.
