Fatigue, emotional burnout is something that any woman faces and quite often. It is extremely rare that we are able to qualitatively restart ourselves on our own.
This is how the Reset project was born - a symbiosis of adventure, yoga and psychology. Reset project is 3 in 1: Mind, Body, Beauty.
All our trips take place on the basis of beautiful villas, food is prepared for us by a personal chef, as well as individual Reset with detox nutrition under the guidance of a professional nutritionist. Every our day we do yoga, stretching, and also some days are devoted to air yoga and sap yoga at sea! We conduct group sessions with a psychologist on topics of interest to you. And all this has been added wonderful adventure trekking routes along the mountain ranges, horseback riding, yacht trips and many more different adventures! We go to the best bath complexes, explore the spa, and devote time to an evening massage.

Our Reset has 2 types: 6-day and 3-day weekends. We conduct our travels every month in different countries, but our main locations are Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana.
After the trip, you arrive inspired, inspired, knowing how to proceed and having all the tools for this: healthy eating, yoga and psychology. You have new friends, hobbies, and most importantly, you have rested. We take care of you from the beginning of the booking until the departure of the plane. We meet you at the airport, answer all questions before the trip and support you after.
