We are the largest freediving school in Russia with over 500 freedivers on a regular basis. Our task is to teach everyone to dive safely and effectively while holding their breath.
In 6 years we have trained over 2000 happy freedivers. Our students are regular participants and winners of competitions, champions, and some of them are freediving instructors.

All courses and regular training sessions are taught by certified freediving instructors. Instructors will select and draw up for you the optimal training program for growth and achievement of your goals at the pace that suits you. The key to good progress is an individual approach and the development of new effective teaching methods, based on extensive coaching experience and our own sports.
Glubina provides freediving training based on updated programs of the most popular training systems: CMAS, AIDA, MOLCHANOV'S (developed by 22-time world champion, holder of 41 freediving world records Natalia Molchanova).
As a result of the training, you will receive an international freediver certificate, valid worldwide at AIDA (International Association for the Development of Freediving) training bases.
Freediving training takes place in mini-groups - the plan of each lesson is developed individually, based on your extreme results.
