The Center conducts daily yoga classes. Yoga, which is taught in this Center, is absolutely suitable for everyone, regardless of age and degree of preparedness. Experienced instructors easily adapt the teaching methods to experienced practitioners as well as beginners. The practice includes asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation (calm the mind), yoga-nidra (mental sleep, deep physical and psycho-emotional relaxation). Periodically, the Center conducts courses for yoga instructors, in which everyone who wants to practice independently or conduct group classes can gain invaluable knowledge of many years of yoga practice from our specialists.
The center employs experienced psychologists (body-oriented therapists, art therapists) to help cope with stress and begin to live in harmony with oneself and with the world. Psychological seminars of various types are held periodically: forgiveness, work with the family, a collage of desires, mandala-therapy, the psychological game of self-knowledge "Lila Chakra", etc.
