The foundations of the menu were developed by a nutritionist from Barcelona, co-author of several famous "green" projects in Europe, Anna Funtikova.
Anna holds a PhD in Food and Nutrition (PhD in Food and Nutrition), Ph.D. in Spain, from the State University of Barcelona, and is a healthy eating coach and culinary consultant for leading healthy food restaurants in Spain and Russia.
The We Are Menu includes dishes created with 80% carefully selected vegetables, fruits, cereals, herbs, algae, grains, nuts and superfoods.
The menu includes not only vegetable dishes, but also fish dishes, organic sweets, healthy desserts and drinks.
We adhere only to correct cooking processes and food processing methods that allow our chefs to prepare dishes that retain the maximum amount of nutrients and live enzymes, which, even in small quantities, can saturate you with their energy.
