We invite you to the space created by us - soul and hands, in order to unite with the flow of divine energy and power through the practice of various directions of yoga, meditation, pranayama and reading mantras. We practice every day and want to help you with this.
We have every morning from 5.
00 - 7.
30 Sadhana in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga, which consists of reading Jap Ji, warm-up, kriya and kirtan. We are also broadcasting oh-line, and if you are unable to attend, then you can be with us virtually.
After your morning practice, you can have breakfast in our small tea room. We will be happy to treat you to Indian sweets, pastries and other light vegetarian, vegan or raw food dishes. All the food that we prepare we offer to God, and therefore it does not bear the traces of our karma.
