Therefore, we organize master classes in baking sourdough bread at home. We talk about all the stages of making bread, share personal experience and secrets, bake bread and give ferment to everyone.
We teach others and learn by ourselves. We meet people from other cities who, like us, bake bread in sourdough at home or in small private bakeries. We exchange experiences with them and talk about them on our pages.
