Our chocolate is made and tempered by hand in a traditional artisan way without the use of machines, aggregates, high temperatures, soy, sugar, gluten, lactose, preservatives, flavors and remorse!
Freeze-dried berries / fruits / vegetables for the filling - moisture is safely removed by vacuum.
Activated nuts - washed, soaked in water and dried at a low temperature.
