The ideological inspirer of the cafe is the producer of theatrical and educational projects, Andrei Bogomolov. For many years, eating in cafes around the world, he decided to create in Moscow a place for people who are attentive to ingredients.

One of the values ​​is taking care of the details. Such as the length of the noodles in the soup, which does not slip off the spoon and does not splatter; the size of a lettuce leaf that does not stain the corners of the lips; and much more, which makes eating as comfortable as possible.
